We are pleased to be partnering with Club's Choice Fundraising offering gourmet popcorn, flower bulbs
and other exciting items for our spring fundraiser! This is all to help raise money for our school. Your support is greatly appreciated and needed!

- Packets are not to be returned directly to the school with

or by returning your packet to the Edison PTO during a
drive-thru packet pick-up at the school on Tuesday,
February 16 th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - All money is collected now. Please turn in money with both copies of the order form. The white copy will be returned in your order.

Prizes Available:
All prizes are pictured on the Beyond Extreme Prize Flyer in your packet. All Prizes are cumulative. You can win them all. Students will earn prizes for both online orders placed during the sale dates in their name and paper order forms submitted.
Collectibles:
Students received a coupon sheet in the packet. As students sell items, a guardian signs the appropriate coupon for the student to bring back to school DURING THE SALE!
Students will be called down to the office to pick a Collectible from the prize box! Fundraising Documents:
Note: the original order form has two copies - white (Club's Choice copy), yellow (school's copy). We need BOTH copies. If you'd like to photocopy or take a picture on your phone before turning in your order, that's great, because we need 2 paper copies.
If an order was placed online, do not duplicate it on the paper order form. |

Q: Which copy of the order form should I keep?
A: We need both the white and yellow copies. The white copy will be returned to you with your order. The Edison PTO Fundraiser Coordinator keeps the yellow copy. Tip: take a photo of your order form on your phone for quick access.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We aren't set up to accept credit cards at this time. Orders placed online only, will pay by credit card.
Q: Do I send in one check? Or can it be multiple checks from customers?
A: You can either send in multiple checks or one check. Please write your student's name (first and last) in the memo section of each check.
Q: Do you accept Money Orders for the fundraiser?
A: Yes, please keep your receipt when you purchase the money order.
Q: I need to pay in cash. What can I do?
A: If you need to pay in cash, please pre-arrange with the fundraising coordinator so cash isn't sent through school. Cash is not replaceable if lost in transit. Contact eagles@edisonpto.org for arrangements.
Q: I have some online orders and some paper orders. What do I send in?
A: Online orders will be processed and paid for separately. Only in-person orders should show on your paper order form. Turn in the payments for in-person orders. Please do not write online orders on your paper order form. We reconcile the two methods together after orders are processed.
Note: prizes will be awarded for the total (online and in-person).
